An afternoon trip in the local trains of Mumbai will make you realize that Jamaal Malik is absolutely right.i ha
ve observed it for myself that a beggar with one hand missing, pair oh hands missing etc...passengers
just shoo them away. But if he is a blind beggar then atleast a dozen of them will shell out a rupee to them.
I have still not understood the logic behind this.
And i strongly believe that the beggar
mafia does exist where they pull out peoples eyes and send them for begging!!
(The Maharashtra Govt. has finally initiated a probe into this after a complaint sent by a UK citizen to the PM of India.)
